Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Transformation
- Define and implement a Finance Shared Services strategy aligned to operational and growth priorities
- Develop a clear operating model, roadmap and performance measures
- Lead transformation initiatives to modernise finance delivery
- Build a streamlined, centralised approach to transactional finance and support services
- Improve consistency, controls and service levels across a distributed operating environment
- Enhance the experience of internal stakeholders across multiple sites
- Support the evolution of finance systems and data structures
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process optimisation
- Partner cross-functionally to improve integration and efficiency
- Build and lead a high-performing team across multiple locations
- Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence and continuous improvement
- Engage and influence senior operational stakeholders
- Improve cost efficiency and service effectiveness
- Strengthen governance and performance management frameworks
- Deliver measurable outcomes aligned to transformation objectives

About You
You are a pragmatic, commercially minded finance leader with experience in complex, operationally focused environments.
You will bring:
- Experience leading finance transformation and/or Shared Services functions
- Strong understanding of finance operations within multi-site or service-based organisations
- Ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
- Demonstrated success leading change and building capability
- A hands-on, outcomes-oriented leadership style
