This is a high-trust Executive Assistant role supporting a CEO operating in a complex, fast-moving environment. It requires strong judgement, absolute discretion, and the confidence to manage competing priorities at the most senior level of the organisation.

What you’ll be known for
- Impeccable diary and inbox management, shaping priorities rather than reacting to them
- Protecting the CEO’s time through respectful but firm stakeholder management
- Asking the right questions, clarifying intent, and confidently managing expectations
- Creating rhythm and discipline through daily morning check-ins and a weekly 1:1
- Operating with sound judgement, discretion, and an exceptional eye for detail
You will act as a central connector across senior leaders, support functions, and external stakeholders, ensuring the CEO is prepared, informed, and able to focus on what matters most.
Key responsibilities
- Proactive, end-to-end diary, inbox, and meeting management
- High-quality preparation of agendas, pre-reads, briefing packs and follow-ups
- Professional handling of calls, correspondence, and confidential matters
- Coordination of leadership meetings, town halls, forums, and internal communications
- Support for external engagements including events, conferences and speaking commitments
- Travel coordination, expense management, and general executive administration
- Calendar support to the CFO
This role will suit someone who:
- Is calm, capable, and unflappable, even when priorities shift
- Brings high EQ, a polished manner, and strong relationship instincts
- Notices what others miss and hold themselves to a very high standard of accuracy
- Is practical, hands-on, and outcome-focused, a true doer
- Understands the importance of confidentiality and trust at executive level
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years’ experience supporting a CEO or Managing Director in a large organisation
- Proven strength in complex diary and inbox management
- Confidence engaging with senior executives and external stakeholders
- Strong capability across Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder organisation
- Sound judgement, initiative, and personal accountability
