This is a senior, hands-on leadership role that combines strategic oversight with delivery. Reporting directly to the Communications and Public Affairs Manager, the position acts as a trusted 2IC within the team and leads one coordinator, working across brand, digital engagement, campaigns and publications.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing and communication strategies across digital and traditional channels
- Oversee day to day marketing operations, campaigns and content creation while maintaining brand integrity and alignment with strategic priorities
- Manage the planning and execution of national awareness and engagement initiatives, including major conferences, events and professional programs
- Build and maintain cohesive brand storytelling and ensure consistent, accessible communication across all touchpoints
- Use data and analytics to evaluate performance, measure impact and inform continuous improvement
- Provide guidance and mentorship to a small team while collaborating cross functionally with leaders across the organisation
- Manage external suppliers and creative partners to ensure quality and alignment with campaign objectives
You are a senior marketing and communications professional with a track record of delivering integrated campaigns that inspire engagement and deliver measurable outcomes. You combine strategic acumen with practical capability and thrive in environments that balance creativity with accountability.
You will bring:
- At least eight years' experience leading multi-channel marketing and communications in complex or purpose driven settings
- Strong skills in digital marketing, social media and CRM based campaign management
- The ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly to influence decisions
- A collaborative, solutions focused approach and confidence managing competing priorities
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the judgment to navigate sensitive or high-profile projects
- Experience in health, government or not for profit sectors (advantageous but not essential)
