We’re partnering with a leading technology organisation to appoint a Customer Growth Manager – Back to Base (B2B) — a client-focused professional responsible for expanding value within an existing customer base.
This role suits a commercially minded relationship builder who thrives on consultative selling. Working closely with Customer Success Managers, you’ll identify opportunities, shape tailored solutions and convert customer readiness into measurable revenue growth.

You’ll bring experience in B2B SaaS or solution sales, ideally with exposure to automotive, agricultural, or trucking dealership environments. Strong storytelling, strategic selling, and executive relationship-building skills will be key to your success.

About the Role
This role is responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships within the existing client base, turning proven customer success into measurable commercial growth.
Working closely with Customer Success Managers, you will identify, prioritise, and convert new opportunities that align with client outcomes and organisational strategy.
Reporting to Director of Customer Growth, a leader with longstanding tenure and an excellent track record of employee engagement, you’ll be part of a collaborative and customer-first team.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Building and maintaining strong executive-level relationships across key accounts.
  • Developing and executing strategic account growth plans aligned with customer value and ROI.
  • Collaborating on Quarterly Business Reviews and value realisation sessions.
  • Forecasting expansion revenue and contributing to Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth targets.
  • Partnering with marketing, product, and customer success teams to create tailored solutions.
  • Leading negotiation and closing processes with precision and professionalism.

  • B2B SaaS or solution sales, ideally within automotive, agricultural, or trucking retail.
  • Consultative and strategic selling.
  • Executive relationship management.
  • High IT proficiency and ease presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Data-driven forecasting and CRM discipline.
  • Commercial storytelling and value-based negotiation.
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
