As we approach 2026, GRE is partnering with several clients to pipeline Senior Procurement leadership roles in Melbourne and Sydney. As a result, we welcome Expressions of Interest from executive-level Procurement candidates to register with us for current and upcoming opportunities across a range of industries.

We are seeking interest from senior Procurement leaders with proven experience delivering enterprise-wide procurement strategy and value across complex organisations. These roles will typically lead end-to-end procurement functions including strategic sourcing, category management, supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, governance, and continuous improvement.

Appointments will focus on driving commercial outcomes, managing risk, and building high-performing procurement teams that contribute to broader organisational performance.

You are likely to be an accomplished Procurement leader who brings:

• Significant senior leadership experience across procurement, strategic sourcing and category management

• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering measurable value and cost optimisation

• Proven success negotiating and managing complex supplier and contract portfolios

• Experience working in large-scale, multi-site or multi-business environments

• Demonstrated capability in uplifting procurement maturity, governance and stakeholder engagement

• A strategic mindset paired with a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach

• High emotional intelligence, discretion and the ability to influence at executive level

• Tertiary qualifications in procurement, business, commerce, supply chain or a related field will be well regarded
