As part of this evolution, an opportunity now exists for an experienced and commercially astute General Manager to join the executive leadership team.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this newly created role will lead the day-to-day operations of the business while playing a key role in shaping and executing the broader strategic direction of the organisation.
The General Manager will provide leadership across commercial operations, financial performance, business planning and people and culture, ensuring the business is well positioned to scale sustainably while maintaining its entrepreneurial and client-focused approach.

- Leading operational and commercial performance across the organisation
- Driving strategic planning, execution and organisational alignment
- Overseeing financial management, forecasting and business performance
- Strengthening leadership capability, accountability and team culture
- Building scalable systems, structures and operational disciplines
- Supporting business development initiatives and client growth strategies
- Leading recruitment, workforce planning and people development
- Partnering closely with the Managing Director on growth opportunities, expansion initiatives and long-term business strategy
- Proven executive or senior operational leadership experience
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through growth and change
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong people leadership and organisational development capability
- Experience within consulting, engineering, environmental, industrial or professional services environments
- A collaborative leadership style with the confidence to drive accountability and outcomes
