We are delighted to welcome Melissa Bridge as a Senior Associate to the Galvin-Rowley Executive team. Melissa brings extensive experience working with leading brands recruiting various professionals across all disciplines.
Melissa has more than 20 years of experience specialising in attracting and recruiting talent with an extensive background in recruiting management and C-Level roles. Her interest in also people led her to complete a Masters of Human Resources.
She has spent many years managing large multinational businesses’ HR functions before transitioning into permanent talent acquisition. Most of Melissa’s recent experience has focused on specialised search assignments for clients locally and globally.
Melissa works closely with senior leaders to help attract active and passive talent, enhance and build their leadership capability, and work with executives to align their recruitment strategies with their overall business objectives.
The Galvin-Rowley Executive team already has a 25-year history of delivering high-quality candidates. Melissa will complement this team, use her passion to identify potential and future talent and assist organisations in leveraging their Employment Value Proposition to attract and retain talent.
