We congratulate Dr Marnie Gibson on her recent appointment to the role of Global Director People with T2. The T2 brand attracted a fantastic field of highly talented and experienced executive HR professionals. Marnie’s outstanding credentials and experience led to her appointment, where she will join Derek Muirhead, Managing Director and the ELT as T2 continues to grow under the stewardship of its new owners.

Doctorate qualified, Manie is an outstanding HR/OD professional with 15 + years of HR leadership experience across industries including Retail, FMCG (consumer goods), chemicals/mining, professional services, financial services and local government in Australia, APAC and global MNCs.

Marnie is a commercially astute HR/OD leader with broad generalist experience partnering with senior and executive management to lead business growth, transformation and change through the design and delivery of strategic and operational people strategies and initiatives in brown and greenfields environments.
