Jennifer Galvin-Rowley is the Founder and Director of Galvin-Rowley Executive. Over the past 30 years, she has built one of Australia’s most trusted boutique executive search firms, recognised for its rigour, personal service, and long-term results.

Jennifer has successfully led complex search assignments across sectors including ports and infrastructure, banking and financial services, aviation, consumer goods and retail, health, government, not-for-profit, agribusiness, and manufacturing. Her expertise spans board, CEO, and senior executive appointments, as well as building high-performing senior management teams.

Her approach is defined by the ability to truly listen — partnering closely with CEOs and boards to design bespoke search strategies that align with each organisation’s culture, values, and strategic goals. Jennifer’s methodology is applied with care, precision, and integrity, representing and protecting her clients’ brand at every stage.

Jennifer was challenged with assembling from scratch an entire team of passionate, courageous and talented
professionals who would plan, launch and operationalise Infiniti Cars Australia as the 65th automotive brand in the Australian market.

Her ability to understand both the personal character and values that would be required on top of the technical experience and capabilities was critical to her success.
