About the Role
As Project Manager – Innovation, you will drive product innovation and portfolio optimization, ensuring the successful development and launch of market-leading products. Key Accountabilities and Performance Measures
- Product and NPD Management:
- Lead product development projects, managing critical paths and stage gate processes.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and packaging teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Oversee packaging timelines and ensure timely execution of innovation pipelines.
- Category and Portfolio Management:
- Track and optimize product performance, conducting post-launch reviews to enhance decision-making.
- Analyze local and international trends to inform product innovation strategies.
- Maintain accurate product costings and knowledge to support strategic decisions.
- P&L Commercial Management:
- Ensure all new products meet profitability thresholds.
- Manage product system setups and maintain the master product file.
- Drive revenue and profit delivery through comprehensive P&L analysis.
- Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Facilitate regular product and portfolio meetings, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Health, Safety, and Compliance:
- Proactively identify risks and enforce safety standards in line with company policies.
