Our client is a leading player in the retail and wholesale industry, committed to delivering quality products and exceptional customer service. As they continue to expand, they’re seeking a results-driven Divisional General Manager to lead their team to the next phase of their business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Retail strategy that drives network growth including acquisitions and divestments
  • Full responsibility of P&L targets
  • Drive annual budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Partner with Sales & Operations team to champion continuous improvement
  • Actively drive new business integrations
  • Build a high-performance culture
  • Manage the margin, inventory, capex management and net working capital
  • Driving a safety culture to meet compliance and governance
Ideal candidate
  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a strategic leadership capacity across multiple functions
  • Stakeholder management experience such as developing strategic partnerships and influencing key people across the business will be critical
  • Experience setting and delivering operational budgets and KPI’s
  • Proven track record designing and implementing successful sales and growth strategies
  • P&L management and accountability
  • Experience in negotiations and acquisitions

Qualifications:
  • Outstanding people leadership capability to build a high-performing team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail operations and industry trends.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
