We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join the organisation on a fixed-term contract to commence immediately through to February 2026.
This is a hands-on, strategically focused role supporting senior operational leaders across a complex, multi-site network.

The role presents an immediate opportunity to influence with a focus on change management and organisation design, workforce strategy, coach senior leaders, and embed high-impact people initiatives in a performance-led, customer-facing environment.
The Opportunity
Working closely with the People & Culture leadership team, this role offers a platform to:
- Embed people strategy aligned to operational and growth objectives
- Provide high-level advisory support to regional and state-based leaders
- Drive initiatives in workforce planning, succession, and leadership development
- Lead cultural programs that foster inclusion, capability uplift, and team cohesion
- Manage performance, IR/ER matters, and compliance with award requirements
- Support change initiatives in a fast-paced and commercially grounded environment
You are an experienced HR practitioner with a background in complex, multi-site settings such as retail, distribution, logistics, or industrial services. You bring a strategic lens to people matters but remain comfortable stepping into delivery as needed.
To be considered, you will demonstrate
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior HR Business Partner or generalist capacity
- Exposure to fast-moving, operationally complex businesses with decentralised teams
- Strength across employee relations, leadership coaching, and organisational development
- Confidence in managing performance, policy, and compliance frameworks
- A collaborative, pragmatic approach and the ability to build trust at all levels
- Immediate start in a national business during a key period of transformation
- Contract through to February 2026, offering variety and scope
