Galvin-Rowley Executive is seeking a detail-driven, resourceful Researcher to join our boutique executive search firm.

Reporting to our Senior Account Manager, this newly created position will play a key role in strengthening our end-to-end search capability through strategic research, exceptional database management, and talent pipelining.

The Role
As a Researcher, you will support our delivery team by identifying and mapping talent pools, building proactive pipelines, and ensuring the integrity of our internal systems and candidate data. This is a behind-the-scenes role where your analytical precision, responsiveness, and communication skills will directly contribute to the quality and success of each search assignment.
We are flexible on the hours worked; however, the preference is for an everyday presence with Friday being essential for availability. Ideally, we are seeking someone that can commit to 10-15 hours per week - these can fluctuate during busy/quiet periods.
The Galvin-Rowley Executive team all work remotely in a fast-paced, professional environment where occasional urgent requests are needed, requiring flexibility to turn tasks around at short notice

Key responsibilities include:
- Database Management (JobAdder) - Maintain clean, well-structured data and ensure accurate tagging for reporting and pipeline development.
- Talent Research and Pipelining - Source, map, and build targeted pipelines across a range of industries, functions, and seniority levels, aligned to both current briefs and future client needs.
- LinkedIn Sourcing - Use LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage potential candidates, especially passive talent.
- Research Documentation - Prepare high-quality candidate summaries, maintain trackers, and support the team with timely and relevant talent insights.
- General Support - Contribute to formatting CVs, updating internal records, and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless process.
- Candidate Engagement - Occasional candidate interaction both written and verbal
What You Bring
- Previous experience in executive search research or recruitment administration.
- Proficiency in JobAdder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Excel.
- Sharp attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive mindset and professional demeanor
- High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality
- A genuine interest in leadership, talent strategy, and the value of great appointments.
