The Opportunity

This newly created leadership role will shape and implement the procurement strategy for property, construction, and operational infrastructure categories — from store fit-outs and refurbishments to refrigeration, signage, fixtures, and project services. You’ll act as a senior commercial advisor to Property, Retail Operations, and Store Development teams, lead complex sourcing and supplier negotiations, establish governance, and promote compliance and performance across a national footprint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute multi-year procurement and category strategies for store and warehouse fit-outs, signage, refrigeration, fixtures and capital work services.

  • Deep understanding of construction contracts, project procurement, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and stakeholder management at the executive level.
  • A collaborative, hands-on style to lead transformation and supplier innovation.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle costing, WHS, and large-scale fit-out and equipment procurement.

Why Join?

This is a unique chance to define and embed a high-impact procurement partnering model that supports growth, store development and national network investment. You’ll deliver tangible value while building a legacy of governance, supplier excellence and commercial results.

Flexibility: Hybrid working and a national stakeholder base.
