About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a thoughtful, proactive and team-focused Coordinator to join a growing organisation committed to supporting individuals and communities across Australia to live with dignity and improved quality of life.
In this dynamic and engaging role, you’ll support the day-to-day coordination of events, projects, and stakeholder communications across several internal teams, including education, clinical services, community engagement, and operations.
You’ll work closely with a kind and values-aligned team who are passionate about collaboration and positive impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day coordination and support across multiple internal teams
- Support planning, logistics and delivery of workshops, conferences and campaigns
- Maintain project timelines, communications and internal documentation
- Liaise with a broad range of stakeholders and external partners
- Keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, with a calm and organised approach
About You
- Previous experience in team administration, project coordination and events support
- Calm, adaptable and professional with strong interpersonal skills
- A highly organised multitasker who thrives in a busy and purpose-led environment
- A great communicator who enjoys working with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Comfortable in the not-for-profit or community sector (desirable)
