About the Role:
Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating national conferences, special interest groups, state events and consumer forums
- Managing tender processes for key external suppliers and event partners
- Supporting the planning, budgeting, scheduling and reporting of major projects
- Partnering across teams to progress a range of strategic business initiatives
- Helping build scalable systems and processes to support continued organisational growth
About You:
- Demonstrated experience in project coordination, event management, or business operations
- Highly organised, solutions-focused, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Positive, collaborative and proactive mindset; comfortable working independently and within a close-knit team
- Prior experience in not-for-profit, membership, healthcare or similar sectors will be highly regarded
