Our client is a highly successful, Australian owned, professional services firm with a team of 300 and growing both within Australia and internationally.

The Recruitment Manager’s primary objective is to source and deliver quality candidates to satisfy the demand generated by our client's customers - corporates in Financial Services, Utilities, Health and broader industry sectors.
To achieve this objective, the Recruitment Manager will need to take ownership and drive the following aspects of the role:
  • Own and execute the end to end recruitment process for the selection of both contract and permanent candidates;
  • Manage and deliver timely candidates to fulfill customer demand and achieve business objectives;
  • Develop and upkeep “Talent Pools” for key customers and rare skills to be ready to supply;
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers and become trusted partner for resourcing needs;
  • Develop strong relationships with the IT community; and
  • Promote the company brand in the market as an employer of choice.
Develop a connected Network that reaches and touches our entire people network
Key responsibilities include:
  • Develop and manage the recruitment process for all contract and permanent candidates;
  • Assist, as required, with preparation of Employment and Consultancy Agreements and related packs
  • Be the Super User in Iprofile, maintain and utilise all jobs in company iProfile system;
  • Responsible for the recruitment pipeline, meeting recruiting targets and providing regular status reports;
  • Screen applications and select appropriate candidates;
  • Conduct interviews and arrange interviews with customers;
  • Responsible for managing contracts, extensions and post offer candidate management;
  • Responsible for contractor induction, on-boarding and exit process;
  • Provide marketplace information to Leadership team;
  • Participate in projects and/or initiatives within company or key customer businesses;
  • Develop “Talent Pools” for key customers and rare skills to be ready to supply;
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers and become trusted partner for their resourcing needs;
The position requires the following pre-requisite skills:
  • Superior ability to understand, articulate and address Resourcing and recruitment issues and needs;
  • Extensive knowledge of effective Recruitment processes;
  • Team leadership capability and excellent communication skills;
  • Relationship management skills and clients focus;
  • Results orientation;
  • Ability to persuade, negotiate and influence outcomes;
  • Able to contribute to direction of a senior management group;
  • Able to be pragmatic;
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills; and
  • Ability to plan and implement company initiatives
