Job Description
Reporting into the CEO and responsible for driving profitable growth through strategic ownership and implementation of a customer first, omni channel, global lens through all we do.
This role is focused on curating and building the T2 brand in such a way that we bring new customers into the family year on year and drive great occasionality and loyalty from our existing base of fans.
Leading T2’s brand identity and purpose, the ETE customer experience across channels, the marketing and communication program as well leading our entry into new markets around the world and new channels that allow us to serve customers in different ways. This role also spearheads our insight and
trends to drive game changing innovation (in products, formats and engagement methods) with customers.
The portfolio covers a broad range of critical functions in the organisation including Marketing & Communication with a strong digital/social orientation coupled with Trade Marketing expertise; Creative Studio responsible for all T2s content / asset development; Ecommerce as our largest and fastest growing global store; Customer Care as well as Global Expansion & Business Development (in new channels / formats / experiences) that drive equity and commercial delivery for T2.
