Job Description
Reporting to the CEO, the Global Director Sales & Merchandising is responsible for developing, driving and implementing strategies across the global retail and wholesale markets with a customer first lens. This includes development of right range portfolios by market, retail and wholesale performance and executing customer first initiatives that are based on market insights. Core focus of this role is to lead product development & merchandise planning that delivers against the Brand Experience Calendar & Insights as defined by the Brand team market by market, and lands this with excellence across Channels (retain Stores & Wholesale) to best meet customer needs and ensure sales & profit delivery.
Leading a high-performing tea including 6 direct reports and 900 indirect reports you will lead Demand Planning, Buying, Visual Merchandising, Sales Northern Regional, Sales Southern Region, Wholesale and Product Design.
