The essence of this role is to provide cross functional leadership contributing to increasing market share and profitable growth of the business. Functional components are wide with strategic and tactical responsibilities across marketing, internal and external comms, national sales and service, digital solutions, and sustainability. As the voice of the customer, the remit includes continuing to transform the interface with them through embracing digital capabilities, balancing face to face interactions for appropriate engagement, recognising the needs of differing customer groups. Leading a national team, P&L management, revenue and EBIT responsibilities are as expected at this leadership level.

A natural leader and influencer, your executive presence enables credibility and connection with a wide audience of stakeholders, employees and customers. Agile, clear communication is important inclusive of public speaking, media management and customer negotiation, with confidence to represent the company externally. With ability to span strategy and execution, this position will engage your wide commercial expertise and project management skills.
