Our members enjoy the benefits of a range of facilities including spacious lawns, tennis courts, sailing/boating, beach boxes and a fully licensed Clubhouse with a fabulous deck with outstanding views for events and functions.
We are looking to appoint a talented Events professional to manage end-to-end Events.  Reporting to the General Manager, and working closely with the Ranelagh Board and Hospitality team, you will be responsible for building and executing a calendar of full year events.
Broadly, this role will be responsible for:
  • New business development & identification for events including weddings, corporate events and major member events
  • Event Production - from concept to execution
  • Event Styling - conceptualise innovative and original styling
  • Marketing - develop marketing strategies to attract and support events
  • Social Media - Amplify events through the power of social media
  • Community - Support and nurture member and non-member events
  • Relationships - develop strong relationships with Ranelagh members and the broader community
  • Budget management
  • Full responsibility for all events including co-ordination and administration
  • Logistics including staff and Chef co-ordination and planning

The successful candidate may come from a background in Events, PR or Agency.  You will be a true professional with outstanding inter-personal skills and the experience and ability to provide first class client service.  Your experience should include both new business development as well as Customer Service.  You will also be able to demonstrate:
