Currently they are experiencing significant growth and are poised to capitalise on market opportunities within the disability sector. To continue service excellence and seize those opportunities, an exciting opportunity exists for an experienced senior-level executive to lead their Finance and Corporate Services Team, optimising essential financial and corporate services within the organisation.
The Role
As a member of the Executive Leadership team, the newly created Chief Finance Officer role (CFO) is responsible for the delivery of financial innovation through strategic and operational financial and corporate services for the organisation. You will be responsible for securing Melba’s financial viability, developing and implementing the solutions and structures that secure its financial future. You will oversee a committed team who work diligently to deliver proactive back of house supports.
Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, you will contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation by introducing financial innovation. Working collaboratively with the Executive and the Chief Transformation Officer, the CFO will develop and implement a focused, clear accountability framework to measure success of every aspect of Melba’s finance and corporate arm for Melba staff and the people we support.
