Job Description
Located in Melbourne S/E you will be responsible for a broad range of activities including assisting in end to end, full function of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking, Fixed Assets and Payroll. This role will be work across two sites (both Mount Waverley and Rowville) but primarily located in Rowville.
Responsibilities will be varied and include:
Payroll:
Process payment and maintain HR records; assist in preparation of employment contracts and new employee induction; payroll reports and reconciliations; assist in WorkCover claims and preparation of annual returns.
Finance
Assist with bank receipts and payments; accounts payable and receivable including entering customer claims and credits and entering supplier invoices; processing month-end accruals and support the production of the monthly P&L and Balance Sheet. Assist with cash flow management and forecasting.
The Person
Candidates will need to demonstrate high level organizational skills; strong inter-personal and communication skills, strong written skills, problem solving and solutions focused as well as advanced computer skills including Excel and Outlook. You will be able to competently collect, analyse and organize information, communicating ideas and information. With a high team-orientation you will have a great work ethic and be looking to build your career in a highly successful, fast growing organization. Several years experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
