Principal Consultant. With a background in management and business building
Jennifer has 20 years’ experience in executive recruitment and selection and

Joelle holds a degree in psychology and has held senior Human Resources roles with organisations including Toyota , Kodak Australasia and Amcor Fibre Packaging. Joelle’s consulting experience includes Organsisational development, training and workshop facilitation. |

Stefanie Kramer holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration
with majors in Finance, Marketing, Human Resources and Factory Engineering
from Stuttgart University,
Germany. Born and raised in Berlin, Stefanie is a talented athlete and studied at the Berlin Academy. Stefanie worked with Daimler Chrysler as part of their Global
Training team prior to joining Galvin-Rowley Executive in 2007 assisting
with Research and Recruitment.
